The service

memopixx lets you upload a photo from your phone and print it as a physical keepsake at a participating kiosk. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to print the photos you upload, and that they contain no unlawful or infringing content. You retain all rights to your photos.

Payment & refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. If a print fails and cannot be completed, your order is automatically refunded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with kiosks, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, memopixx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
