Who we are

memopixx ("we", "us") operates photo-printing kiosks and the memopixx web app that lets guests print photo keepsakes at participating venues.

What we collect

• Photos you upload — used only to produce your print. Photos are processed securely and deleted from our systems after a limited period.
• Contact details — such as your phone number or email, if you choose to receive a receipt or offers (e.g., via WhatsApp).
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never store your card details.
• Basic usage data — such as the kiosk location and order status, to operate and improve the service.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your photos for anything other than fulfilling your order.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (payment, messaging, cloud hosting), and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
